Bournemouth Int. Triathlon, Long Swim, Aquabike and Aquathlon

Bournemouth International Triathlon is located at the heart of Bournemouth Beach. Both sprint and standard distance swims start on the award winning blue flag beach before heading out of Bournemouth on a fast bike course towards the market town of Ringwood on the edge of The New Forest. The PB smashing run course is along the seafront promenade towards Sandbanks and back

After the swim for the Triathlon & Aquabike, there will be an Aquathlon and long swim with a 2.5k option and a 5k option.
