45. edycja paryskiego maratonu – Schneider Electric Marathon de Paris 2021 – odbyła się 17 października 2021 r. (po zmianie z tradycyjnego kwietniowego terminu w związku z koronawirusem) w Paryżu, we Francji.

Zwycięzcą Maratonu Paryskiego 2021 został Elisha Rotich (Kenia) z czasem 2:04:21, a wśród kobiet zwyciężyła Tigist Memuye (Etiopia) z czasem 2:26:12.
