A real Amsterdam Triathlon! Swim in the canal waters near the city centre of Amsterdam. Bike straight out of the city into the beautiful countryside past windmills while Dutch cows are checking out all these hundreds of bikers. Return to Amsterdam and run for two or four laps to finish in the heart of the Amstel business center. Take on the challenge as an individual or as a relay team for the Olympic or Half Distance.
