The 17th edition of Porto Marathon EDP will take place on November 7th, 2021.
In the previous edition more than 6000 runners from 58 different countries register for the classic 42.195m and Porto Marathon set a new national finishers record, confirming the event as the largest Marathon in Portugal.
Combining seaside and riverside, a very flat course, passing through 3 cities and crossing the Eifel bridge, Porto Marathon is a life time experience.
Porto is one of the oldest tourist destinations in Europe, classified by Unesco since 1996 as a World Heritage, and elected two times the Best European Destination in 2012, 2014 and 2017 by the european citizens.

A 17ª edição da Maratona do Porto EDP terá lugar no dia 7 de novembro 2021.
Na edição anterior, mais de 6.000 atletas de 58 países correram os clássicos 42.195m e assim a Maratona do Porto estabeleceu um novo recorde nacional quanto a finishers, confirmando o evento como a maior Maratona de Portugal.
A Maratona do Porto pode orgulhar-se de ter um dos percursos mais belos do Mundo, na sua maioria junto ao mar e ao rio Douro, atravessando a ponte D. Luis e percorrendo as três cidades vizinhas : Porto, V. N. de Gaia e Matosinhos. O Porto é um dos destinos turísticos mais antigos da Europa, classificado pela Unesco desde 1996 como Património Mundial, e eleito duas vezes o Melhor Destino Europeu em 2012, 2014 e 2017 pela European Consumers Choice.
